Internal Speaker Sound Problem

The Internal Speaker of My MacBook Pro can't be fully sounding. Recently it faces that it is sounding less although I volume up to peak. How can I sort it out? Please, anyone who knows how to solve this problem help me. Thanks.

my volume sounds really low! So recently my volume on my MacBook has been sounding very low even when I put it all the way up. I searched to see how I can fix it and google said to go to settings > sound> output tab> then to choose internal speakers, but there is no option for that.
