I have a new phone 6 and it has disabled and tell me to go to itunes. however itunes does not recognise my phone and the error 0xE8000015 comes up

it`s simple, but you can not get your data after the Restore if you did not make a backup, try to enter on DFU Mode on your Device If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
and try to Restore it not update it.
