Image resolution in iMovie

I converted a Keynote presentation into an iMovie. Everything looks great in the Keynote when viewed full screen. However, the same images and text in the iMovie version are fuzzy and ragged at full screen. I tried rendering the iMovie as a QuickTime file but the content still looks fuzzy. Is there a fix?

How to fix unwanted blurring in iMovie I recorded screen video with Quicktime. It looks crystal clear when played back with Quicktime. When the video is imported to iMovie, it becomes blurry. I suspect the problem is caused by iMovie changing the aspect ratio or just not keeping dimensions of the video as it was created. Is there a way get my video into iMovie without it becoming blurry? Thank you.

Make keynote background transparent once exported I am trying to make the background of my keynote slide transparent so that I can overlay it onto a video in iMovie, but when I export by: Selecting no fill for the background (turns it black) Selecting export> movie> custom resolution> apple ProRes 422 (which is what is suggested on another post here) It just gives me a small movie file that is a completely black screen. Also when I try importing it in to iMovie, it stays a black screen. When I try the same as above, but select apple ProRes 4444 instead, it gives me an option to select a box that says 'export with transparent backgrounds' which I select, but the same thing as before happens; completely black screen. Am I doing something wrong or am I missing a step? Thanks in advance :)
