iPad Pro Cannot send email "Rejected by Server"

I have an iPad Pro and it has the latest IOS that is current. I am try to send an email to myself. I know the email address is valid. I can send email to my husband but not to my personal email. I get an error message of: "Cannot Send Mail A copy has been placed in your outbox. The recipient "Me@att.net" was rejected by the server." I can send email to the world. My husband can send email to me. He can send email to himself via his iPhone and his "MS Outlook" with his desk top.

I retyped my ID and PW into the iPad and it confirms connectivity to my account on the ATT.yahoo server.

So, any ideas on how to do this? I ended up sending the information I wanted to my husband, he in turn forwarded it to my email and I got the information I wanted. There has got to be a better way! I always CC my out going email to the world but sending it to myself is rejected.

A little help?

iPad Pro Wi-Fi, iOS 11.3, null

Checked all that and no help. I also completely deleted the account from the iPad and readded the account. I just tested the reinstall of the mail ID by sending an email to my husband and he got the email so I can send. He returned the email back to me and I received the email. I can send and receive but I can't send to myself as it comes up with the same reject message.
