Need help finding camera specs.

Hello,


I am currently using a 3D creation software called Blender. I'm learning how to do motion tracking and took a video with my Iphone 7 plus to practice motion tracking with. The software, however, needs to know the camera specs of whatever device you took the video on in order for the motion tracking to come out well.


I only need to know the Camera Sensor Width and the Focal Length.

The focal length is the distance between the camera lens and its sensor, in mm. This basically controls the minimum and maximum distance an object can be for your camera to focus on it. The width is the f-stop (the f/ number), also called aperture, and it controls how much light the lens takes in when you snap or record.


If you need help beyond that I’d recommend either taking a photography and videography class, or doing some research online about it. We can help with basic use of the camera and show you it’s specs, but not everyone’s gonna be able to get into detail like this—after all, this is not a photography or cinematography forum. I just happen to know this info because I am a photographer, but not everyone here is.

Wide-angle: ƒ/1.8 aperture
Telephoto: ƒ/2.8 aperture
