Beats X headphones not working on the right side

My beats were working fine, I've had them since last August. Yesterday, the right ear bud stopped working. When I play a song I can hear fine through the left ear bud, but on the right side it sounded like the volume was on the lowest setting and sounded super distant. Tried a reset, tried just playing with the volume. Not sure what to do though.

(I only use the right side since I use my beats for biking and I need to be able to hear the cars on the left side)
