BeatsX headphones only work in one ear

I bought some BeatsX wireless headphones a week ago, and since today they only play sound through the right ear (they were fine before!). I've reset, recharged and checked the firmware but nothing has worked. I've looked after them well and they haven't incurred any damage. Is there anything I can do to fix them besides return under the Apple / Beats warranty? Thanks in advance!

I understand your Beats aren't producing sound in one ear. I'd be happy to help out.
