movie wont play...

I rented a movie from Itunes and it just wont start, been trying to log on and off for maybe 6-8 times, tested the miniplayer thing that someone mentioned, I tried it on several of my units and same thing. I understand that things cant go wrong but really ****** me off is that where ever I look, in the communitys, forums etc. the apple people are nowhere to be found.
