How to downgrade to 10.13.3?

Ever since the upgrade to 10.13.4, my iMac (late 2017, 24GB of RAM) has been *incredibly* unstable, where the OS decides that it's out of memory (even though only about 5GB are in use by any processes) and Activity Monitor shows all 24GB used. Sometimes the "you are running low on application memory" window comes up but usually the whole system freezes entirely and I have to physically reset it.

Anyway, this wasn't happening before 10.13.4, so is there a way to downgrade back to 10.13.3 to see if that's what's causing it?

iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017), macOS High Sierra (10.13.4), 24GB RAM

You have a lot of items in your login items, do you really need all these apps to open when your mac starts up. If you don't need some of them at log in then go to System Preferences> Users & Groups> Login Items, highlight the app(s) you want to remove and press the minus button.

Check also that your third party apps have the latest software available, you have many that are causing the kernel panics, so give them a check. also check that any hardware you use with your Mac has the latest drivers for High Sierra.

It might also be useful to download and then install the 10.13.4 Combo update, if you haven't already done so.

Download macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 Combo Update

It resets some system files and caches that may have become corrupt over time.

I see you removed iDisplay and that has helped.

Why don't you run etrecheck again and post the report back here, that is the point of it.

Also if you are determined to roll back to 10.13.3, then make a note of all the work you have done since you updated to 10.13.4 and store all your new and updated files etc in a folder on another drive or USB. You could then go back to 10.13.3 and copy over these newer files.
