I do not get notifications for text messages from one contact. I receive the message but it is already marked as read even though I haven't opened it. This contact isn't blocked. When I factory reset my phone, I can receive texts from them. But when I back my phone up with my old settings, the text messages I receive from them are already marked as read as if I've opened it already.
