But as I said. Are there any local taxes to add. You are still quoting 9800 yen as cost. If you are satisfied this does not apply, then 'Contact Support' > Billing and Subscriptions > at the top right of this page, and ask there. You should make a one to one contact.

Perhaps your account balance is less than the purchase (including any local taxes).

If so you will need to up the amount available.
