Two disks named windows appearing after installing windows 10 from boot camp on a macbook

Two disks named windows appearing after installing windows 10 from boot camp on a MacBook. I have a total of three disks appearing, one is Macontinsh HD which is the mac os, one windows is the normal windows 10, while when i click the other windows disk it prompts me to the setup of windows 10.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)
