After our pool party, the phone was fully functional. When I arrived at my house, I found out that the screen has a green flash and it didn't turned on. What would be the possible options in fixing this issue?

I'm guessing your phone went for a swim at the pool party? If yes, you're phone won't be covered under warranty, but can be replaced either as out of warranty for $549, or if you purchased AppleCare+ when you purchased the phone you can take advantage of one of your 2 replacements during two years for $99. Water damaged phones are not fixed. They are replaced.
Take it to an Apple Store.
If the device was submerged expect to pay a lot of money for a repair.
