My keyboard somehow changed to just type Capital letters. However, I closed off, try to log in and my password is all in lowercase so now I can’t get into the computer. Thoughts?

Is your caps lock button showing a green light. If so press it once.
If turning off Caps Lock doesn't work, connect an external keyboard.
