Can you get a physical card to use with your Apple Cash? I have tried to use my Apple Cash at several businesses that take Apple Pay, but will not take Apple Cash.

I have had negative experiences using Apple Pay in stores (even without Apple Cash) so it may not be an issue with just Apple Pay Cash.
