Ticker in my iMovie shakes

I have found that when I put a scrolling ticker in a iMovie project it plays well but when I burn the movie to a disc and play it on my Television the ticker gets very shaky.

I put the disc back into my iMac and play the movie in Quicktime and the ticker is smooth and no shake at all.

I am not sure if reformatting the movie will fix but I need to be universal so the movie will play in all television systems.

I believe the problem is not in iMovie but the shudder comes from the player I am using .

Any info on how to fix will be great .
