Airpods stuck at 33%

Hi all,

I have Airpods which are about 8 months old. They've been great, but I've just noticed the charger won't go pass 33%. It does seem to be charging however.

I've reset the Airpods and restarted my phone, but continues to have the same issue.

Any ideas would be great.

AirPods Pro hi there, am hoping you can help me my AirPods Pro started doing this yesterday not charging in the case the wireless box is 100% but my AirPods are not charging as you can see in the pictures below one minute there need charging then next there 100% then another time there 30% it’s driving me mad would you be able to help me please I’ve cleaned them reset them everything I can think of. thank you sally.
