Printer Proxy Version 13.4 (555.1)
I have been using a Samsung M283x laser printer for a few years. It has been playing up, and I discover that Samsung no longer support printers, and HP who have taken over Samsung's printer business don't want to know about this model.
It uses the Apple printer proxy, as above, rather than a product specific driver.
My MacBook uses High Sierra 10.13.4
The printer is connected to my modem by ethernet.
It now takes an age to get it to print if it decides to print at all. It gives an error message 'paper jam' or 'output tray is full' (I don't think it has such a tray).
When it does print, it does it quite well, both single sided and double.
Is there a solution?
