Purchase fail

hi guys, im attempting to perform a purchase through i-tunes and facing a troube with that. Despite i did such purchases before recently, now somewhy operation cant be completed. Ive checked payment details and card balance, there is all ok, but problem is still existing. Pls adviceUser uploaded file
