i have some problems with Apple Music billing

i want to make family sharing and i payed 8$ for it

after that its rejected my card and says to change payment method

but it's already taken my money

in purchases wrote that is pending on payment

what is that and what i need to do?

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 11.3
