Sync/pairing Watch issue

I accidentally restored my phone when I hooked it up to my computer. I was able to restore it back (kind of) but every since it happened I cannot sync my Fitbit to my iPhone 7plus. I‘ve deleted the app, removed the device, & and reinstalled both of them now it will not pair with my phone. I thought it was just the Fitbit, but its not. I also tried a misfit watch. No luck with that one either, which tells me it’s the phone. Another issue is none of my phone numbers will save to a name in my phone book. It just shows phone numbers when I text people. Can some please help or advise?

Pairing issues iWatch to new iPhone My iPhone keeps getting stuck on “iWatch software is up to date” after updating new iOS software, but it is not going further in the pairing process. The watch tells me to complete setup on phone, but the iPhone software update screen won’t let me navigate out of the “software is up to date” screen. I got a new iPhone a couple months ago and am just now pairing the watch with it (I lost a lot of data on the transfer from my old to new phone, and I wanted to keep the old data on the watch for awhile so I could read the text messages that were lost on the phone transfer). I have tried to reset and try pairing again a few times, but the same thing happens. Please help me on this, as I haven’t been able to find the appropriate advice when troubleshooting this problem. iwatch not syncing to new iPhone I went through the set up and all of that and then I got to the pairing of my iWatch series 6 to my iPhone 12 Pro Max. My iwatch won't sync because, when I go into the iwatch app on my phone to pair, it gives me the little box to show my watch to sync it and my watch still shows the normal face, so it won't pair. It tells me to make sure its not paired to any other devices and I checked. My old phone is no longer paired with my watch, but it still won't pair with my new phone. The only thing I haven't tried yet is resetting the watch to factory and pairing anew. I can't do that yet as a lot of the apps are still downloading on my new phone and I'd rather wait until that's done. Any advice?

Apple Watch Cannot Re-pair with iPhone I have the same problem as many people, but on watchOS 6 it gets complicated with my series 3. The watch cannot connect to iPhone for syncing new apps, watch faces, settings and (etc.) I tried erasing all data but it was a mess. When I repaired it, it just says every time "Pairing Failed(internal alert) Please file a Pairing radar with sysdiagnose, both. the 📱and ⌚️."
