Unblock a sender

A correspondent says she gets an error message when she tries to send to one of my addresses, but another one works. The message says that she's "blocked" from that address. I haven't blocked her, nor do I want her blocked. Who did it, and how can I undo it?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7)

I'm on 10.13.4.

The sender was from @comcast.com

She tried again, and got through. Told me this was the offending error message:

Well, I didn't get an error message back this time so I don't know what happened the other time. It must have just been a quirk in the system. It can happen as the systems are only as good as the programmers.
