Why do you wish to delete Guest?

The Guest user account is good to have. You can give your Mac to someone and they will only have minimal previdges on your Mac and when they log off everything they have done will be erased.

You can't delete it, but you can disable it by going to System Preferences/Users & Groups, selecting the account and uncheck Allow guests to log in to this computer.
