I just had the battery replaced in my iPhone 6.
It was handed to be with only a 24% charge and I have had it plugged in for an hour and it is now just at 30%.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is there anything I can do to get it to charge faster?

This is a WAG but I'm thinking it might not be the battery; possibly the voltage indicator is reading incorrectly. IF I'm correct, you will likely solve the problem by charging once overnight (to be sure that it's fully charged).
Did you have it replaced at an Apple Store?
Try to charge the battery overnight and test it for 1-2 days.
If it is brand new, give it time to charge completely.
If you're not satisfied, bring it back to the repair center and explain your doubts.
