Dolby Vision Audio Video Out of Sync

When I have the “match dynamic range” and “match framerage” options selected in the audio video settings content broadcast in Dolby Vision is about 1/4 second out of sync - the audio hits skightly before the video. Does anyone else expereindeer this? This is NOT the 6-7 second delay other LG OLED users were experiencin. This is much more subtle. My equipment is as follows:

Apple TV 4k

LG75UH8500.

Denon AVRX6300H.

I’m fairly sure this is somehow related to Apple TV because 1) Inhave the same issue even when I hook the Apple TV up to the receiver directly and 2) Dolby Vision works perfect on the LG’s native Netflix app. This is only an issue with DV content, everything else (4k, HDR10, HD, etc) works fine. Apple is perplexed; LG is predictably useless. Help.
