HomePod Floorstand
Can someone suggest a floor stand for the HomePod, like the one in this pic:
I put together a bit of a custom option using the following:
- a pair of these: SANUS WSS22 | Wireless Series Speaker Stands
- 100mm wide Velcro: https://www.amazon.com/Vkey-Approx-Adhestive-Strips-Fastener/dp/B01F9CMHRW/ref=p d_bxgy_201_img_2?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=…
- And a pair of 86mm discs cut from 2mm thick steel; available from a steel fabricator.
The discs were then attached to the top of the stands and the Velcro used to attach the speakers to the discs. It’s not extremely stable but it works. Probably not a good idea around small kids and if they shake the stand the speaker may fall off. Here is the end result:
