No desktop sound when trying to Stream on Bootcamp

Hi!

I stream to Twitch, and I was really excited to have a computer that could run bootcamp so that I could play windows games on my 2017 imac pro. The games run great, the streaming programs run great, but for some reason I can stream my mics sound, but not the sound from my desktop (the sound of the game).

I have tried updating any drivers I could, I tried different streaming programs. My computer recognizes that there is sound going to my speakers and/or to my headphones (if I open sound in the control panel I can see the sound bars working) but nothing goes through to the streaming programs.

Any help would be appreciated. 😟

I know with mac to us OBS you need to use soundflower or an equivalent, but I've never heard anyone doing that when streaming from windows so i don't know what I could use.

The speakers and headphones work fine, like I mentioned in the original post. I'm not streaming to external devices. Normally using windows you can just set OBS to record internal device sound that is going to your speakers - essentially just routing it through OBS as well. It's all internal. I've tried to set it to pick up what is being sent to both my speakers and/or my headphones but it doesn't register either.
