So I read this was a common problem. Not only was it happening with my music apps, but today it happened while on the phone. It wasn’t a service issue. It sounded like a cd skipping. I have the latest update 11.3.1 and I got in the car and my music skipped again. Really annoying. We are entertaing this weekend and I planned to bluetooth music from my phone, but how embarrassing to have music skipping
I’m experience the same issue with all Bluetooth speaker devices. Audio is skipping and hard reset, network reset, and reset all setting doesn’t fixed the problem. I called twice today. I have an IPhone 6-128 GB.
Same problem here, even after upgrading to 11.4. Happens constantly. Worse when the phone is locked.
Listening to talk radio, I've even heard this problem affect the audio of people calling in to do interviews.
How Apple has not already fixed this problem is baffling, given that three releases (11.3, 11.3.1, 11.4) have been deployed since people started complaining.
I am having the same problem. Headphones or auxiliary cable adapter. Music or phone calls.
