my apple earphones dont work

these are the apple earphone i got with my iphone but they dont work it hasnt been a year yet i got this phone at the end of november pls help

Try cleaning the charging port of lint or other debris and see this:

If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
