Why is apple support so rude
I called Apple support and was told by a lady that if I didn’t talk to her a certain way she would hang up on me. Yes I have her name and she is even someone in charge so I was told. I made a complaint witch I’m now 100% sure never was filed. It took over 3 weeks to even get a call back with my problem now I have problems with my iPhone x tried online chart was told o jade to do a update snd the issue would be fixed so o did it and weeks later I have the same issues again videos won’t play phone is very very slow takes for ever to open anything I click onto. So I try online chat again the first 2 people I talked with discsnrcgrd with me the last one wants me to do the same things that has already ben done to my phone I have Isex Apple for over 5 years and so has all the people I have working for me at the 3 stores how ever this will change I now have over 70 phones and over 70 iPads that no longer need if anyone knows of a good tablet and phone company that cares about there customers and are not rude and lie to customers please let me know thank you
