a week ago my iphone 5 stopped uploading my photos automaticlly to the icloud, ive tried everything to get them to load and nothing works, Ive 43gb spare in icloud. any ideas please?

Do you have free space on your phone, what is the status of your upload?
thank you, they are all safely on the icloud so its something to do with my pc i think but at least I feel confident changing my phone over now, thank you for your help
Thank you but I still cant see the last weeks worth of photos on my pc when I look at Icloud/photos/downloads though, could the photos be going somewhere else on my PC? how can I check if they are actually all on the cloud? I want to change my phone so need to make sure everything is backed up correctly.
phone capacity is 60.11 gb with 38.78 available. upload says its complete
"2460 photos, 84 videos. updated just now" is what is says
Then it doesn't think there are any photos to upload and any uploads it is doing are being completed.
Since the photos 'appear' to be uploading from the phone properly, then perhaps the issue is that they aren't downloading to your PC, what do you see at...

I'm afraid i've never had a windows PC, so I'm not the best to help in that area.
no worries, as long as they are in the cloud I'm confident so can probably sort the pc out.
