I pre-ordered an album that just came out, April 27, 2018 and the songs are showing up as purchased when I click on the album in the store, but won’t let me download them. When I go to recent purchases, the album name or artist isn’t showing up
Have you received the email saying that it’s available, you’ve now paid for it, does it show on the account’s purchase history ? If is paid for, and if it doesn’t show in the Purchased section for downloading ( Account > Purchased menu option if using a computer’s iTunes), contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
