My USB drive wont accept the Windows 10 iso

Hello, right now I am looking into building a PC and I need a copy of Windows 10. However, my USB drive won't let the ISO in. (if that makes sense) So my drive is a USB to SD card adapter and it is formatted to FAT and Master Boot. The storage is 8gb and the file is only 4.33gb. My Mac can't format to FAT32 here are the specs for the computer

iMac (20-inch, Early 2008)

2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

4 GB 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

ATI Radeon HD 2400 XT 128 MB

iMac, OS X El Capitan (10.11.6), 2008

Information about how to run Windows 10 on a Mac can be found in the article Use Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp - Apple Support. However, since you are building a PC, this is not what you want (and your iMac does not support 64-bit Windows 10 versions).

I wonder if the problem is somehow related to the 2 or 4 GB FAT32 file size limit. An ISO is a single file (in this case, apparently 4.33 GB), which would exceed the limit if it is copied "normally" to a FAT32 USB flash drive/card. Instead, the idea is to write (or "burn") the ISO (the contents of the ISO) using a special technique. One of the Ubuntu tutorials could possibly be of interest, merely as a comparison.
