Facebook & High Sierra
Is there an update/fix for High Sierra so that Facebook will work properly? I have a 2009 iMac.

Try this. Open System Preferences, select Internet Accounts, delete your Facebook account, then add it back following the instructions.

Hi,
Thanks for your feedback.
I tried this already several times. But same Issue.
Also to create an app password inside the Facebook account (as recommended by Facebook to solve a former issue) did not help.
As of right now the issue appears to have been resolved. I apologize for not fully understanding the original posts. When I researched the issue I found that I too had the same issue as you and others. After reading another post just a few minutes ago in which a user reported the issue was fixed to day sometime, I went back and added Facebook back in the Internet Accounts preferences and, low and behold, it went without a hitch.
Hi,
I am running also macOS 10.13.4 High Sierra
I can login to Facebook from web browser (Safari & any other)
But in Mac settings "Internet accounts" Facebook denies access - saying "Cannot verify name or password" although both is correct and works fine from web browser.
As I see there are many others in internet forums having same issue since about 2 weeks.

Hi,
I have Mac mini 2012. Same issue, as it seems hundreds of other users too.
But seems no Apple Feedback yet.
Folks do you have a Feedback for us, please?
What issues are you having. I am running macOS 10.13.4 High Sierra and Facebook works just fine for me using the current version of the Safari browser.
I have this issue as well, Facebook Password Required
