iPhone 7 stuck on restoration error -1

This afternoon, my iPhone 7 started randomly restarting and then it was in a constant restart loop where it shows the apple emblem screen and then shuts off over and over again. I put it in recovery mode so I could hook it up to iTunes and restore it. This same thing happened a week ago but I was able to successfully restore it last time. This time, I am not as lucky.

I attempted to restore it multiple times. The first 2 times it gave me an instant error. Now, it has a progress bar that loads to a little bit over half way on my phone with the apple emblem screen and then iTunes gives me this error:

I've watched multiple videos and read many articles and none helped with my situation or specifically helped with my certain error code.

I really need help here.
