Offloaded apps dont want to download.

Some of my apps are offloaded. I tried getting them back but it won’t budge. The app doesn’t even go to the “waiting” part. It’s doing it with every offloaded app. I have tried restarting my phone, logging out of my Apple ID, and checking my Wifi and cellular connection. I have tried installing new apps too and it doesn’t do anything. The “updates” section of the app store doesn’t load at all either. I have and IPhone 6s Plus and IOS version 11.3.1 How do I fix this? Please help!

Hi

Go to iCloud make sure iCloud back up is on Then backup now over your wifi.

Then go to settings down to reset Restore iPhone back to factory settings.

Set back up over your wifi when it asks if you want to use iCloud backup Say yes to get your apps and data back this will get rid of any bugs.

I pretty much have the same problem except after I download a offload app it says “This app could not be installed“ any helps?
