Requesting Help from EtreSoft Report

Hello, My MacBook Pro one day started beachballing endlessly when I opened Chrome. In my Utilities folder, I suspected processes AppNOS and APPTS were to blame. I followed an Apple Support Forum suggestion to run an EtreSoft EtreCheck report, which I did, so I am posting it here below with hopes of advice on how to fix it. I believe it is due to some adware problem I downloaded mistakenly. I am not highly technical, so if any responder could keep that in mind, I would be so grateful. Many thanks in advance.
