Will this Macbook be able to build Unity games and Xamarin apps for the iOS?

Hi. I've asked a question before and gotten help. I would appreciate advice on the current matter, too.

I am thinking of purchasing a Macbook to build Unity games and Xamarin apps for the iOS. Could you please advise whether this laptop will work?

- Apple Macbook 13"

- A1342(Late 09)C2D

- Processor Speed: 2.26GHz

- Memory: 4GB RAM

- Hard Disk: 320GB

- macOS: (recently upgraded to) 10.13, High Sierra

- Purchased in 2009

- $135.64 (including shipping)

I was previously referred to the 15% - 25% off Refurbished link on the Apple website, but I still do not want to shell out $800+, just yet. The reason is that I will be doing all the development on the powerful Windows laptop, and will only be using the Macbook to fire the build.

Thanks.

Thank you for confirming. If all I need to download is Unity and Visual Studio and use them only the build process (and not development), I think I will be fine. But if it feels too sluggish to be usable for me and I feel like I need more memory, is it easy to install memory chips in this Macbook? I have never held a Mac device before.

Thanks.
