Seeing file names on iphone x Photos

I change the file name of every photo I take with any of my apple products (iPhone x, iPhone 7, iPad,) and my digital Canon to describe the subject. For example, I might take a photo in my garden (IMG_0535.JPG) and change the file name to Spring Rose 2.JPG. While the original file name is meaningless (for my purposes) the new name is important. When viewing the renamed image (or any image, for that matter) on the iPhones or iPad, the only information is the date and time of the original exposure.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE DISPLAY TO SHOW THE FILE NAME ABOVE THER IMAGE IN PLACE OF THE DATE AND TIME?

I have searched the apple and other sites with no luck. I find it strange this has not been addressed before.

Note: This is an iOS Photos display issue.

Thanks

iPhone X, iOS 11.2.6, 64GB T-Mobile

It is not possible to make Photos iOS show the filenames at all. You can use third-party photo editing extensions like View EXIF or Metapho to show you the filename for selected photos in Photos.
