i would like to buy a gift card for my sister but i don’t know if Apple still sells gift cards in Slovenia. If they do pls let me know if know pls let me know all possible ways to pay and buy stuff from the appstore.

As far as I can see gift cards are not available in Slovenia. The payment methods that are available there should show on the account, but it's likely to just credit and possibly debit cards (not all debit cards seem to still work with iTunes, so not all might work). Mobile billing (i.e. using a phone's carrier as the payment method on an account) isn't available there, and neither is PayPal
