GPS weak / slightly off - Iphone X

My GPS is working, but barely. My Iphone X shows my general location, but it seems to be a weak signal as it is not as accurate as I am used to. I try to use WAZE and it says NO GPS on that app, therefore the navigation function doesn't work. Google maps works alright, but has a hard time keeping up while using navigation. Even apple maps seems sluggish when using the Navigation function. Apple maps works the best as of right now though. For example, I am in a building, but my phone is putting my location out on the street. See image as example. I have circled my actual location vs where the phone's GPS puts me.

Does anyone else feel as if the GPS is not performing the way it should?

I have recently downloaded the most recent software 11.3.1 on my Iphone X. I have attempted a hard reset, and also reset my location settings. There has been no change.
