cmd-+ shortcut not working

Hi there,

I am using the latest version of OSX (10.13.4) and FCPX (10.4.2) and since the update to FCPX 10.4.1 the default keyboard shortcut cmd-+ for zooming into a timeline is not working anymore. Zooming out with the cmd-- still works. I use the default shortcuts which never have been modified. The cmd-+ shortcut is still listed in the table in the menu settings. Has anyone an idea how to refresh the preference settings or any other ideas which might help with this issue?

Thanks for any responses in advance.

Hi James,

Thanks for your response. Your comment helped me to solve this issue.

For testing purposes I assigned:

1. # to do the zoom and it worked.

2. Then I assigned Cmd-+ to quit the program and it worked.

3. Then I changed Cmd-+ back to Zoom and now this also works.

So its seems even Cmd-+ was "officially" assigned it was somehow not connected.

Thanks James and Tom for helping to solve this issue.
