Hello! I have bought iPhone 8 3 weeks ago in Miami Beach. Today a red line appear across my screen. What shou I do?

This is a hardware fault LCD make an appointment at Apple store.
They will repair or offer an out of warranty replacement.
Unless it,s less than a year old you may need to pay part of the cost.
