Kindly i have a problem in updating my application through apple store and it is declining my payment information debit card knowing that there is money in it but it keeps on saying (problem with previous purchase)
I went to my both account purchase history and i did not find any pending payments,
Kindly help me to solve this matter

Make sure you are using an accepted form of payment > Payment methods that you can use in the iTunes Store, App Store, and iBooks Store - Apple Support
