payment issue

Hi, I am Madi , i just want to ask on payment issue that i've face right now. I have been make purchased on gaming section or more specific purchasing on Mobile Legends. The payment still pending right now . I try to update my payment information but there is pop-up notification that tell my payment method was declined . why ?


Just now, i update again payment information using debit card@cimb bank. There is charge from itunes bill which cost 6.00MYR . i have been called the bank customer service to confirm the transaction, and transaction has been submitted to iTunes. so can you check on my issue ? Because i can ever update my apps on phone. Is it because of pending that still payment until now ?
