What is the best format for exporting a mix to FCPx ?

I have a live recording that I have mixed in Logic Pro and I want now to take it over into Final Cut in order to synch the audio with a multicamera take.

What is the best format to export from Logic? Note I will not do any further processing of the sound in FCP. I will just do the video mixing. My gut is that it should be the AIFF file as it would be uncompressed.

Thoughts and experiences?
