i can’t open my file from powerpoint on ipad

I was working on PowerPoint with the iPad. Then I slowed down and I finished the job and opened the file again. As soon as I opened the file again, there was a notification message at the top. "Refresh recommended - a newer version of this file is available on the server" So I clicked on the notification message. And there were three options.

1. refresh

2. dismiss

3. cancel

And I pushed number 1. then the file suddenly closed. So again I tried to open the file. but i didn’t be able to open my file

“Can not open file - sorry something went wrong and it can not be opened"

How should I solve this problem?
