Sound from earpiece muffled on iPhone x

When I make or receive a call, the sound is very muffled. When I switch over to speakerphone, the sound is fine. Tried accessing settings, accessibily, shut of Bluetooth, cleaned the speaker with q-tip, nothing works😞

Help!

Ear speaker issues anyone know why my ear speaker volume is extremely faint? When on a call I have to use speaker. Also, if I’m listening to music in landscape mode, the sound only comes from the speaker on the bottom of the phone. I have an iPhone 7 Plus. Any suggestions?

Phone Ear volume is nearly in audible with the volume slider all the way up on my iphone 11. On my Iphone 11, how can i fix the in call ear volume being almost inaudible with the volume all the way up however speaker phone and Bluetooth works perfectly at all volumes?
