If you don't see an option to cancel, it's because of one of two things. 1) You've already cancelled or 2) you subscribed through WW directly. If the later, you'll need to cancel through WW. Apple can't help you.

You cancel storage the same way you subscribed to it. From iCloud settings either on an Apple device or on a Windows computer. To cancel an iCloud Subscription you don't even need iTunes. Only you can cancel your subscriptions. Nobody else can do it for you. For App subscriptions follow the steps provided many times over in the very thread you replied to.
