Com.apple.icloudHelper wants to use the login keychain

on my Mac screen I see again and again the same window poping up and keeps me asking - Com.apple.icloudHelper wants to use the login keychain.

well, non of my mail or safari works, I cannot access anything on my labtop And computer acts very strange and looks like it is always downloading SmTh.

could you help me, what should I do to get my computer work as usual.
